Shipping and Delivery

Keebunga aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. The following includes details of speed of service  provided by our delivery partner Royal Mail once goods are dispatched from Keebunga. Please also be aware that deliveries to customers from outside the European Union (EU) will be responsible for paying any taxes and / or duties imposed by their countries customs borders, please see Customs and Import Tax below for further details. 

 

Delivery Options-

UK & Channel Islands

  • Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class -Royal Mail Signed For 1st class aims to deliver your letter or parcel the next working day and gives you the added benefits of, proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver, the ability to check on line or on your mobile to see when your item has been delivered.

 

  • Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class - Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class aims to deliver your letter or parcel in two to three working days and gives you the added benefits of, proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver, the ability to check on line or on your mobile to see when your item has been delivered

 

EU & European Economic Area (EAA)

  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - International Tracked & Signed aims to deliver your parcel in three to five working days. Items are tracked in the UK and overseas with online confirmation of delivery provided. The item is only handed over once it has been signed for.

Rest of World

  • Royal Mail International Tracked- International Tracked aims to deliver your parcel in five to seven days. Items receive priority handling at home and overseas and benefit from an online tracking facility so you can check your items's progress right through to delivery. Please note a signature is not taken on delivery.

Customs and Import Tax

For countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order as these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates.

If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item may be returned to Keebunga or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Keebunga.
